These terms apply when you browse this website or place an order with Casualified, an online women’s clothing store based in Karachi, Pakistan.

By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.

Every order is placed as a guest — there are no customer accounts or passwords to manage. At checkout you simply give your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.

Please make sure these details are accurate. We use them to confirm, deliver and support your order.

Keep your order number handy. We send order updates on WhatsApp and/or email, and you can message us with your order number at any time for the latest status.

We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as possible, but a small colour variation can occur because of lighting and screen settings.

Each product lists its available colours and sizes. If you need help choosing, message us on WhatsApp before you order.

All orders are subject to availability. If a piece becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to resolve it.

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.). When a piece is on sale, the sale price is shown beside the crossed-out regular price.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout or confirmed with you separately, as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Promo codes from the Offers page can be entered at checkout. Only active, unexpired codes are accepted, some codes apply only to selected pieces, and one code can be used per order. The discount is calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

After you place an order you receive an order number — please keep it for any questions.

Depending on the options shown at checkout, you can pay by:

• Cash on Delivery — pay when your order arrives
• EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer — pay to the account details shown at checkout, then upload a screenshot of your payment confirmation

Online payments are checked manually by our team. Your order is confirmed once the payment is verified. If a payment cannot be verified — for example it has not reached our account, the screenshot is unclear, or the details don’t match — we will contact you to sort it out.

• Pending — we have your order and are confirming it or verifying your payment
• Confirmed — your order is verified and being prepared
• Delivered — your order has been handed over
• Rejected — the payment could not be verified

We also share updates with you on WhatsApp and/or email using the details you provide.

For a cancellation, an exchange or any problem with your order, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll help you sort it out.

We only send newsletter emails if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Order-related messages are sent so we can confirm and deliver your order.

The photographs, films, text and branding on this website belong to Casualified. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published. Last updated: September 2026.
