Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched from Karachi.

For Karachi addresses, the delivery charge is based on the distance between your address and our dispatch point, and is calculated automatically at checkout from the address you enter:

If your address is more than 30 km away, or can’t be located automatically, checkout will ask you to message us on WhatsApp so we can quote a courier rate.

For all other cities, courier charges depend on your location. We confirm them with you on WhatsApp after you place your order — they are not included in the total shown at checkout.

From time to time we run free-delivery promotions. When one is active, you’ll see it in the banner at the top of the website and no delivery charge is added at checkout.

Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed by our team after you order. EasyPaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer orders are confirmed once your payment has been verified.

Delivery times depend on your city and the courier. We share the expected delivery time with you on WhatsApp after your order is confirmed.

• We share order updates with you on WhatsApp using the number you gave at checkout.
• Message us on WhatsApp with your order number any time for the latest status.
• Outside Karachi, we share courier tracking details on WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct, and that someone is available to receive the parcel. For Cash on Delivery, please keep the order amount ready for the rider.

Check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, incorrect or missing, message us on WhatsApp right away with photos and your order number. Orders refused at delivery without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
